Rockinghorse Christmas tree Friday Media Group

Friday Media Group Foundation felt very festive this week, delivering Christmas trees to children’s hospitals in Sussex that will be decorated and enjoyed over Christmas by children and their families. The trees have been donated to the Royal Alex Children’s Hospital, Chalkhill Adolescent Hospital, and Tudor House children’s respite centre.

This is the second year that our generous partner www.SendMeAChristmasTree.co.uk has donated beautiful real Christmas trees in support of the Rockinghorse children’s charity. Rockinghorse raises money for life-saving and cutting-edge medical equipment, while ensuring that children are treated in an environment that is best suited to their needs.

Analiese Doctrove, Head of Fundraising at Rockinghorse, says: “Huge thanks to the Friday Media Group Foundation for their very kind Christmas tree donation. We were delighted to receive delivery of three trees at the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital in Brighton this week – two of which will be used in the main reception area of the Alex and one which will be used at the Trevor Mann Baby Unit.

“The Foundation were also kind enough to donate trees to Chalkhill Adolescent Hospital in Haywards Heath and Tudor House children’s respite centre in Brighton which will bring much joy to the children and families that use the facilities there.”
